Lynna is a FREE spirit who speaks the language of NATURE, the BODY, and the SOUL. She seeks wonder and tends to follow the things that bring her joy and feeds her passions; such as wandering through the trees, dancing wildly under the moon, spending time with her grand-kids, writing poetry, drumming, talking with strangers, and showing up in LOVE for those who are needing extra care and support. She especially resonates with the weird, outcasts, misfits, and anyone who doesn’t feel as if they belong.

Lynna is about as authentic as they come, especially after her arduous journey of self-discovery in 2016. Encouraged by her then partner of 25-years to “go find herself,” she had to traverse much inner wilderness to unravel and unlearn who she thought she was.

In her journey to seek TRUTH, she uncovered her sexuality and now identifies as queer. She had to work through the traumas of a very dysfunctional home life and one of tremendous religiosity, as a child. Lynna remains very good friends with her former partner of 30 years and is so grateful for the beautiful family they have together.

In 2020, Lynna had to learn how to live on her own for the first time in her life. She started house and pet sitting and purchased a tiny camp trailer, “Medicine Bird,” in which she lived off and on for two years. Fast forward, she now resides in downtown Portland, Oregon and has a studio where she treats clients.

Since treating so many bodies, she has discovered that she has special healing gifts when it comes to tapping into energy in the body and getting people out of their busy minds. When she places her hands on a client, her body will start mirroring their energy patterns, often targeting where there might be stuck or erratic flows of energy. Her clients include many types of individuals and sometimes, traditional massage is not always the answer. Those who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, grief, anxiety; those who are highly sensed, the LGBTQ and neuro-diverse are great candidates for the subtle art of Bowenwork Therapy.

Those who experience Lynna’s work will feel safe, seen, and heard. She is a compassionate listener, love abounds, and she encourages everyone to be exactly what and who they are. She believes that when we get into our bodies, we are closer to the call of our soul. She has been mystical all of her life and knows that the spiritual realm, God (BeLoved) is very present in her work and in the center of each human being.
