This wondrous therapy is significant for everyone,
but especially for those whose nervous systems
are “misfiring” due to large amounts of stress
or trauma; or those who are highly sensed individuals.
This gentle hands-on approach is highly energetic
and intuitive and has a unique way of getting to the
deep roots of underlying distress.

This delicious therapy uses the purest of 9 different essential oils on the spines of the feet and the spine of the back. They are applied in a certain order, by reflexology and Lakota-based feathering techniques. A hot towel is then applied
to allow the oils to soak into the body. This therapy is
wonderful for clearing the body of toxins,
lengthening the spine, and rejuvenation.

Every BODY is worthy of love and healing, however, many go through life living in pain and discomfort because that is all they know. There are so many avenues of help and it can be overwhelming to start that journey. I always recommend starting with the body. According to Phil Stutz, one of the world’s leading psychiatrists and coaches, he says that, “85% of mental illness is the relationship that we have with our body.” Do you know how to listen to your body? What is it trying to tell you? Do you know what it means to “LOVE” your body?

When trauma, injury, illness, grief, anger, and other debilitating conditions aren’t allowed to move through the body in a healthy way, the body will store those in it’s cells and tissues and cause restriction, pain, anxiety, depression, and illness. Bodywork is a great way of returning to your body and getting in harmony with the wondrous intelligent being that it is. Allow me to be a safe space for you to fully be yourself and to help you start knowing what it means to live with more ease in your body.
